This non-refundable policy applies uniformly, regardless of the method of payment used for the purchase.

10.Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms of Use or your use of our Services will first be addressed through informal negotiations. If these negotiations do not resolve the issue, the dispute will be settled by binding arbitration conducted in Kowloon, Hong Kong, by an arbitration body agreed upon by the parties or appointed by a reputable arbitration organization.

If arbitration does not resolve the dispute, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kowloon, Hong Kong. Each party will bear its own costs related to these procedures, except as determined by the arbitrator.

11.Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

You and Curious agree that any claims brought against each other must be done solely in an individual capacity, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class action or representative proceeding. If a dispute is resolved through arbitration, the arbitrator will not have the authority to consolidate claims or preside over any class or representative action.

All legal matters will be governed by the laws applicable in Hong Kong.

12.Waiver and Severability

No waiver by the Company of any term or condition in these Terms of Use shall be seen as a continued waiver of that term or condition, or of any other term or condition. The Company’s failure to enforce any right or provision does not mean it has waived that right or provision.

If a court or other authority finds any provision of these Terms of Use to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be removed or limited as necessary. The remaining provisions will stay in effect, and the invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability of any provision will not affect the validity or enforceability of the others.

Should a court or other authority determine that any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the parties agree to negotiate in good faith to amend or modify these Terms of Use to reflect the original intent of the parties as closely as possible.

This section ensures that these Terms of Use remain enforceable even if part of them is found to be invalid or unenforceable, preserving the integrity and effectiveness of the agreement as a whole.
